Agricultural and pastoral production	The Yellow River benefited the agriculture production. There was enough rainfall for crops every year ; no irrigation systems were needed
Trade and Commerce	Bronze metellurgy and horse drawn carriages became prevalent. Long-distance trade routes were developed; Jade came from Central Asia, and military technology came from Mesopotamia. Ships began to come across the Yellow Sea to Korea.
Labor Systems	Workshops were used by potters, bone workers, carvers, etc. Ship building emerged as a business along coastal China . Peasants - services for Lords in exchange for plots to cultivate, security, and a portion of the harvest. Slaves - performed the hard labor. i.e: working in the fields, hunting, etc.
